What my clients are saying…
creating creative freedom
“When I started working with Steph, I was making money but felt completely exhausted and wasn’t loving my work. Since then, I’ve more than doubled my rates and I’m working in a way that feels great, with clients I love.
Steph will gently push you to be braver, bolder, and most importantly, to do it in a way that never compromises on your values. She is like a lighthouse, always guiding you when you’re feeling lost, stranded or stuck.
I like my business now. I’m excited about what’s ahead. I’m not exhausted anymore. And I love that Steph is in my corner, figuring it out with me, every step of the way. I have a plan and it’s working.”

The Missing Ink
a partner in my corner
My business was a disorganized mess and I was constantly feeling overwhelmed and behind on everything. My “operations” basically consisted of scribbled ballpoint pen on random notebook pages, and I knew this was an unsustainable way to run, let alone grow, a business.
I was looking for someone who would actually help me with practical action items, not just a bunch of mindset fluff.
Stephanie helped me make the changes I needed to make in my business with a gentle, but firm, hand. I really appreciated her energy and calm. She is like a grounding presence.
As a result of our work together, I have stability, security, confidence and swagger. I got some structure, some organization that didn’t feel oppressive and financial growth.

“When I started working with Stephanie, I was just running all over the place. Hustling here, there. I wasn’t calm with business. I just felt like I needed more and more and more and more and more.
The biggest thing I had to do was structure my time, structure processes, structure plans. I had an idea of what I wanted and where I wanted to go, but no plan. My business looked chaotic.
Because of Stephanie, I was able to take a step back, kind of take an objective look at what was going on in my business, and then structure it in such a way that it made sense. I didn’t feel I was running all over the place all of the time.
I started the program with a completely different business model than what I’m using now – I completely started a whole brand new business because of this program.
Take Stephanie’s course. That’s the advice. That’s my advice. Take it. And listen to everything because she has never steered me wrong.”

Keeping perfectionism at bay over the long run requires shifting acceptance, reassurance and validation from external to internal sources, and this results from ongoing, intentional inner work. But there are some other, more practical habits that I have seen work with my clients and friends, which are outlined below and will hopefully help you make progress in your journey to overcome perfectionism.
What’s your business story? How will your great myth unfold? Will you be the Goliath that slays all your challenges? Will you be the tortoise that shows the hare what you’re made of? Will you be the epic warrior who arrives on the battlefield ready to fight? Will you be Thumbalina, who, though tiny, captures hearts?
Your story gets to be whatever you make it. But you have to make it… don’t let your story happen to you.
If I had a dollar for every time I heard someone tell me they just “don’t have time for everything”, I wouldn’t have to be selling anything ever again.
It’s not so much that the sentiment is incorrect, but rather that it’s always delivered with this tone of resignation, as if their circumstance were completely beyond their control, and that they were the victim of some drive-by tasking, where an anonymous force continually piled upon their To Do list, from under which they would never emerge.⠀
